Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. We’ll provide a full refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have the receipt we can issue you store credit at the lowest value of the item in the last 30 days.

Membership Policy

Membership Benefits apply only to the user listed on the account and memberships are non-transferable. Photo ID must be provided along with membership card. Cancellation will be effective on the last day of the month on which the cancellation request is received. If you choose to cancel an annual membership in the middle of a term, we will prorate your refund based on the cost of a monthly plan. For example: You paid $200 for an annual membership that started on January 1. You request to cancel on June 15. Cancellation is effective on July 1. You will pay the monthly fee of $20 for January through June for a total of $120. We will issue a refund of $80 in this example.

Safe Space Policy

Hoodie Cat values the physical, mental, and emotional health of all of it’s guests and employees. Any behavior or speech that threatens the well-being of any guest is strictly prohibited. Please be mindful and respectful of those around you and use appropriate language, volume, and gestures while enjoying your time at Hoodie Cat.
Staff reserves the right to eject any person who is willfully negligent, and management reserves the right to revoke membership or refuse service to any person who egregiously or repeatedly violates this policy.
